Dear Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. The October Business Meeting will be on
10/05/2021 at our Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive for the meeting before 4PM. We need to have a
quorum in order to begin our meeting. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
AGENDA ITEMS
• Approval to donate $200 to Local Lodge 692. Local Lodge 692 is currently on strike and
in need of financial assistance.
• Approval to spend up to $600 for the rental of a Post Office mailbox.
• Approval to donate $2,500 to the 40th annual Guide Dogs of America William W.
Winpisinger Charity Banquet on November 20, 2021 in Las Vegas. Additional
information about the fundraiser event will be provided at the meeting on 10/05/2021
• The local is requesting for volunteers to assist with the election on 12/07/2021.
• Approval to reimburse Kim Schindler for her lost time to attend EAP training on 09/13-
14/2021.
