I hope you are all doing well. The Monthly Business Meeting will be held on Tuesday
10/03/2023 at our Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.
AGENDA ITEMS
• The 2024 IAM Scholarship Competition will open on 10/01/2023 and close on
02/02/2024. For further information please go to “https;//scholarship.goiam.org”.
• Approval to reimburse Marie Yadao $3,235.40 for additional cost of the summer
appreciation picnic.
• Approval to donate $3k to the GDA Annual Charity Banquet on 11/11/2023. Additional
information will be provided at the business meeting.
• Approval to spend up to $600 to replace the back window in the local main hall.
• Approval to fund leadership classes 1-4 at W-3 in 2024.
• Approval to train up to 10 shop stewards from Hawaiian Airlines. Cost to include 1 day
of lost time and to spend up to $500 for food and refreshments. Date to be determined.
• Approval to pay Miguel Amezquita $2,200 for the completion of installing the gates.
• Approval to train up to 10 EAP representatives at our local. Cost to include 1 day of lost
time and to spend up to $500 on food and refreshments. Date to be determined.
