I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. The May Business Meeting will be on
05/03/2022 at our Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.
AGENDA ITEMS
• Approval to send up to 3 EAP Coordinators to the L.A.P Conference from 07/17-
21/2022. Cost to include lost time, hotel cost of $129.25 per night +tax, per diem,
registration fee of up to $450, transportation from airport to hotel to airport.
• Approval to send up to 7 Legislative Committee Representatives to the Legislative
Conference from 06/19-23/2022. Cost to include lost time, per diem, hotel cost of$292
per night + tax, transportation from airport to hotel to airport.
• Approval to send up to 22 delegates (4 alternates) to DL 141 Convention from 09/19-
22/2022. Cost to include lost time, per diem, hotel cost of $164 per night tax, plus $20
resort fee per day, registration fee of $100, transportation cost from airport to hotel to
airport.
• Approval to pay up to 8 tellers to run the election of delegates to attend the DL 141
Convention (if necessary.) Cost to include lost time and to spend up $400 for food and
refreshments.
• Nomination of delegates to attend DL 141 Convention. All members that are nominated
must be in good standing and meet all the required perquisites to attend the
convention.
• The first reading of all new bylaw proposals will take place at the meeting.
