Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. The July Business Meeting will be on Tuesday
07/05/2022 at our Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting on time.
AGENDA ITEMS
• Approval to donate $200 to the Bob Martinez Jr. Invitational Golf Tournament on
10/22/2022 sponsor by District Lodge 776. All proceeds will go to Guide Dogs of
America.
• Approval to hold shop steward training for up to 8 McGee union members. Cost to
include one day of lost time for up to 8 McGee union members and to spend up to $300
for food and refreshments. Date to be determined.
• The local lodge will be hosting a blood drive for The Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
It will be held on Wednesday 06/29/2022 from 09:30 to 14:00. If you are able to donate
blood for this humanitarian cause to help the Children’ Hospital. Please stop by.
Location: in the back of our building parking lot (12109 Hawthorne Way).
• Approval for 8 tellers to hold a ratification contract vote for Alaska Airlines. Cost to
include 2 days of lost time for up to 8 tellers and approval to spend up $300 for food
and refreshments. The Ratification vote will be on 07/27/2022 from 12PM-8PM and on
07/28/2022 from 8AM – 2PM. If you are interested in serving as a teller, please contact
Marie Yadao or Joe Martinez for further information.
