Greetings Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. The April Business Meeting will be held on
Tuesday 04/11/2023 at our Local Lodge at 4PM. Please arrive early so that we can begin the meeting
on time.
AGENDA ITEMS
• All new bylaws proposals must be submitted by April 15,2023. No Exceptions.
• The April Business Meeting scheduled for 04/04/2023 has been moved to 04/11/2023
at 4PM. Please update this information in your April 2023 calendar.
• Approval to replace and spend up to $700 for a laptop for the webmaster Alex
Magallanes.
• Approval to spend up to $300 for a new file cabinet for SW PSP committee office.
Included in the cost will be the delivery of file cabinet.
• Approval to send up to 11 delegates to the DL 141 Committee Conference from 10/09-
12/2023. Cost to include hotel for $219 per night + tax. Lost time, per diem,
Registration fee of $75 and transportation from airport/hotel/airport.
• Approval to send a $200 donation to the MNPL educational fund.
• Approval to add up to 23 more new shop stewards for training on 04/25/2023. Cost to
include one day of lost time and $300 for food and refreshments.
