THE BUSINESS MEETING WILL BE CANCELED ON MAY 04, 2021
Dear Sisters and Brothers,
I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. Due to the continuation of State and
Local mandatory guidelines regarding group gatherings and social distancing. The Executive
Board has determined that it is in the best interest of keeping our membership safe. The
Monthly Union Business that is scheduled for Tuesday May 04, 2021 will be canceled.
AGENDA ITEMS
• The E-Board approved to cancel the Business Meeting scheduled for May 04,
2021, due to the continuation of State and Local restrictions on social gatherings.
• The E-Board has approved to make a contribution of $200 to the MNPL
Educational fund.
• The E-Board has approved to send Ron Robinson, Kimberly Schindler, Ira Zanders
and Christina Robles to the Labor Assistance Professionals Conference from July
18 – 23, 2021. Cost to include 5 nights of accommodations at $100.91 per night
(resort fee included in nightly rate), Lost time, Per-diem and transportation from
airport to hotel back to airport.
